NSTALZ is a technology platform that helps Installers and Builders & Remodelers discover and connect with each other.

NSTALZ is not a staffing agency, employment agency, labor broker, employer, general contractor, subcontractor, or party to any agreement users reach with each other.

Verified status reflects document review at NSTALZ discretion. It is not a warranty, guarantee, certification, or endorsement of skill, quality, licensing, insurance, safety, timeliness, or outcome.

Builders & Remodelers are solely responsible for their own vetting, contracting, safety review, and quality control.

Users are responsible for their own identity, license, insurance, references, qualifications, scope, pricing, contracts, payment, and quality-control decisions.

Any employment, subcontract, independent-contractor, project, or payment agreement is negotiated directly between users, and NSTALZ is not a party to it.

User-to-user disputes remain solely between those users. NSTALZ may remove content or accounts at its discretion but is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve those disputes.

Georgia law governs these Terms, and exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts sitting in Fulton County, Georgia.

Users agree not to circumvent NSTALZ by sharing phone numbers, email addresses, or other direct contact information before establishing a mutual match and working relationship.

At MVP, chat automatically masks phone numbers and email addresses. Repeated attempts to bypass marketplace safeguards may result in restriction or suspension.

Terms and Privacy must be accepted during account creation. NSTALZ records the applicable version, version hash, and acceptance timestamp.

Material legal updates require reacceptance before continued protected marketplace use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSTALZ's total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the platform is capped at the greater of the fees the user paid NSTALZ during the 12 months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

NSTALZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Each user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold NSTALZ harmless from claims, losses, and damages arising from that user's content or conduct, off-platform work, disputes with another user, or violation of these Terms.

The platform is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. NSTALZ does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

At MVP, NSTALZ does not process payment between Installers and Builders & Remodelers. Payment for work is transacted directly between users, off-platform, on terms they determine.

Any future NSTALZ escrow, on-platform payment, or take-rate service will require updated Terms and user reacceptance before it applies.

A user may stop using the platform at any time. NSTALZ may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for Terms violations, safety concerns, misuse, or repeated user reports.

Termination does not require NSTALZ to refund any unused subscription amount except at NSTALZ's discretion or where required by law.
